These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on www.wholesalecontactlensco.com web site, please scroll through this screen and make sure you understand them as we really want you to be a great customer and knowing how we work will keep you coming back time after time
Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling and are eligible for VAT at the current UK rate. We must reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order incase our suppliers implement price changes. Prices with a marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK retail market, or prices that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be contacted by us and offered an alternative or refunded for the unavailable product(s).
Authenticity
We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine! We don’t sell imitations/seconds/unbranded products. At worst it will be the same branded product but from a shipment originally destined for a different retail market in another country.

Some products may have an associated image or photo; these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. We do not supply any testers. No items will be marked not for individual sale.

Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date but we send out orders on a daily basis.
VERY IMPORTANT!
A signature will be required on delivery of the goods for most orders.
Please make sure someone will be available to sign for parcels on delivery.
We do not allow cross-border transactions. Your order must be sent to the same country as your credit card is billed to.
Order Payment
Payment online can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Maestro/Switch. Payment will be debited to your account before dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from www.wholesalecontactlensco.com
Returns & Order Cancellation
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on +44 1276452330 within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by secure means. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item if it is indeed faulty but if you simply change your mind then we will not refund the postage.
Cancellation of Orders
Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally dispatched to you within 1 working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone (+44 1276452330) and confirm by email (info@wholesalecontactlensco.com) or fax (+44 1276452311) at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-
The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from www.wholesalecontactlensco.com . We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the same exact condition in which it was sent by us. All items are QA checked prior to packing.
Any free gifts associated with your order must also be returned in the same unused, unopened condition. Failure to do so will deem the order non refundable.
It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order.
Order Confirmation
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with www.wholesalecontactlensco.com We reserve the right to decline any order if we suspect credit card fraud or any other reason we offer. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale
Security
We do not store any payment details on our system. Even returning registered customers will have to re-enter card details for each purchase. Our system and procedures are fully PCI compliant.
Data Privacy
We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of new arrivals or promotions from www.wholesalecontactlensco.com In all e-mails you will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list. You will not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date. If you have saved your login details, you may also opt out or in from future mailings by changing your mailing list options. www.wholesalecontactlensco.com will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
