Terms & Conditions


The wholesale lens market moves fast. We have options on stock for a very short time as it is taken up quickly once offered to the market. Ensure you are in a position to move forward with the order once we agree the price.


Orders will only be deemed placed with us on receipt of the deposit which is 50% of the total worth of the shipment. Once the deposit is received we will then ask for your power breakdown for your order. The delivery is normally within 4 weeks from this date. This can vary and we do our best to advise you. The balance of the invoice needs to be paid prior to shipping to you. This can be paid at any time after the deposit. Note that no credit is offered, all goods must be paid in full prior to shipping.


Your payment must be by bank to bank transfer. We accept payment in USD or GBP. The invoice from us has the banking details. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards as form of payment.

Risk & Title

The products will remain the property of Go Pro Now Ltd t/a The Wholesale Contact Lens Co until full payment is received including agreed delivery charges. The products will be at your risk once delivered.


The prices are quoted on order to order basis. We reserve the right not to take your order.
Prices change from time to time and these won’t affect orders already placed with us


The products are excluding tax. You will need to assess the tax and duty implications for your country.

Privacy policy

We undertake not to share your details with any third party. We do not accept credit cards hence don’t store the information.
Certification of stock.

We issue a certified “Certificate of Origin” on stock. Where the stock is being sent from an EU member state we will also issue a EUR1 certificate. We do not have access to CE certificates as these are never made generally available.

We guarantee that all stock is genuine, in date and in saleable condition.

Place of Sale, Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
